An 18kt Gold Maltese Cross with ball finials and fans along the outer edges of the arms and with small gilded Russian Imperial eagles in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted set of SS lettering surrounded by a green enameled laurel wreath, the reverse with a matching hand painted white
